We’re seeking a Lead Care Provider (Floater) to join our dynamic team! In this full-time role (guaranteed 40 hours/week), you’ll step in to fill client shifts, mentor fellow caregivers, and help deliver top-tier care across our community.

✨ What You’ll Do as a Lead Care Provider:

πŸš— Fill in for client shifts between 9 AM and 5 PM as needed.
🌟 Provide on-call care to seniors in Suffolk, Portsmouth, Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Chesapeake, and Hampton.
πŸ‘©β€πŸ« Mentor and support caregivers to ensure exceptional service delivery.
πŸ’¬ Offer companionship and engaging conversation to clients.
πŸ› Assist with personal care tasks like bathing, grooming, dressing, and feeding.
🧺 Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry and linen changes.
🍽️ Help with meal prep and dietary needs.
πŸ’Š Assist with medication reminders and adherence support.
πŸ‘¨β€πŸ‘©β€πŸ‘§ Educate families on safe, supportive care techniques.
🌟 Assist in the transition process for new clients to ensure smooth care delivery.
πŸ“‹ Complete other duties as assigned by the Administrator.

πŸ“ What You’ll Need:

βœ” Valid Driver’s License & Personal Vehicle β€” Travel is a key part of the role.
βœ” Caregiving Experience β€” Personal care, senior care, or related fields.
βœ” Reliability & Independence β€” Ability to work without constant supervision.
βœ” Strong Communication Skills β€” Compassionate, clear communication with clients, families, and teammates.
βœ” Compassion & Professionalism β€” Every client deserves respect, dignity, and care.
