✅ What You Need:
- 🎓 CNA license or PCA certification (required)
- 🚘 Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
- 📝 Ability to follow care plans
- 🗣️ Strong communication skills
- 💪 Able to lift 25 lbs
- 🧠 Dementia care experience is a plus
- ✔️ Pass a background check
