What Youโll Need:
- โ PCA, CNA, or Nurse Aide Certification (required)
- โ A caring heart and the ability to treat others with dignity and respect
- โ Strong communication skills โ Stay connected and responsive
- โ Ability to follow detailed care plans
- โ Valid driverโs license and reliable transportation
- โ Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs
- โ Flexibility to meet each clientโs unique needs
- โ Experience with dementia care is a plus!
- โ Clean background check โ We prioritize safety
