💵 Starting Pay:

  • 🩺 PCA – $15.00/hr

  • 👩‍⚕️ CNA – $16.50/hr

  • 🩹 Nursing Assistant – $15.50/hr
    ➡️ Get a $0.50/hr raise after completing paid training!

📝 Your Responsibilities:

  • 💬 Provide companionship and emotional support

  • 🛁 Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding)

  • 🧺 Light housekeeping (laundry, linens, general tidying)

  • 🍳 Plan and prepare meals

  • 💊 Medication reminders

  • 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Help educate families on safe caregiving practices

  • 🧠 Use dementia-safe care techniques (we’ll train you!)

✅ What You’ll Need:

  • Valid PCA, CNA, or NA certification

  • A caring, patient, and respectful attitude

  • Ability to follow a care plan and adapt to client needs

  • Reliable transportation + valid driver’s license

  • Comfortable with small pets (a plus!)

  • Able to lift 25 lbs

  • Strong communication via phone and email

  • Background check required

  • Dementia care experience is a plus!
