- Offer companionship and emotional reassurance
- Assist with personal care: bathing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
- Prepare simple meals & help with light housekeeping
- Provide medication reminders
- Support dementia care with patience and understanding (we’ll train you!)
- Help clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent at home
- Active PCA certification or CNA license (required)
- Compassionate, professional, and reliable personality
- Valid driver’s license & dependable transportation
- Comfortable around pets (dogs & cats)
- Able to lift at least 25 lbs
- Strong communication skills (phone & email)
- Experience with dementia care is a plus
- Must pass a criminal background check
