💵 Competitive Pay Rates

  • PCA: $15.00/hr

  • Nursing Assistant: $15.50/hr

  • CNA: $16.50/hr
    Earn an extra $0.50/hr after completing our paid training!

📝 What You’ll Do

  • Offer companionship and emotional reassurance

  • Assist with personal care: bathing, grooming, toileting, and feeding

  • Prepare simple meals & help with light housekeeping

  • Provide medication reminders

  • Support dementia care with patience and understanding (we’ll train you!)

  • Help clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent at home

What You Bring

  • Active PCA certification or CNA license (required)

  • Compassionate, professional, and reliable personality

  • Valid driver’s license & dependable transportation

  • Comfortable around pets (dogs & cats)

  • Able to lift at least 25 lbs

  • Strong communication skills (phone & email)

  • Experience with dementia care is a plus

  • Must pass a criminal background check
