We’re seeking Caring Professionals — CNAs, PCAs, Nursing Assistants, or Nursing Students — who are looking to build a meaningful career, not just fill a shift. If you're compassionate, dependable, and passionate about making a difference, we’d love to connect.

💵 Pay Rates

  • PCA: $15.00/hr

  • Nursing Assistant: $15.50/hr

  • CNA: $16.50/hr
    🎯 Earn an extra $0.50/hr after completing required training!

📝 Your Responsibilities

  • Provide companionship and emotional support

  • Assist with personal care: bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding

  • Help with meal prep, laundry, and light housekeeping

  • Offer medication reminders

  • Provide transportation to errands or appointments

  • Use dementia-safe care techniques to support families

✅ What We’re Looking For

  • Valid CNA license or PCA certification

  • A gentle, respectful, and professional approach to care

  • Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license

  • Comfortable with pets (dogs and cats)

  • Able to lift at least 25 lbs

  • Experience with dementia or Alzheimer’s care is a plus

  • Excellent phone and email communication skills

  • Must pass a criminal background check
