Starting Pay Rates:

  • Companion Caregiver – $14.00/hr
  • PCA – $15.00/hr
  • CNA – $16.50/hr
  • Nursing Assistant – $15.50/hr
  • Receive a $0.50 raise after completing the required training!

Responsibilities:

  • Provide companionship and conversation
  • Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, feeding)
  • Perform light housekeeping (laundry, linens, tidying)
  • Plan and prepare meals
  • Provide medication reminders
  • Offer transportation for errands and appointments
  • Educate family members on safe caregiving techniques
Qualifications:

CNA license or PCA certification
✅ Ability to provide dignified and respectful care
✅ Ability to follow a structured care plan
Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
✅ Flexibility and adaptability to different care situations
✅ Comfortable around pets (dogs and/or cats)
Reliable communication via phone & email
✅ Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
✅ Prior experience with dementia care is a plus!
Must pass a background check
