We're Hiring: Male PCA/NA/CNA Caregiver – Join the Life’s At Home Care

At Life’s At Home Care, we’re passionate about supporting families and enriching the lives of those we care for. We're currently looking for a dedicated male caregiver to assist a kindhearted client living with dementia in Suffolk, VA (23435).

🕒 Schedule:

  • Tuesdays & Thursdays: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM

  • Saturdays: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM

💵 Starting Pay Rates:

  • PCA: $15.00/hr

  • Nursing Assistant: $15.50/hr

  • CNA: $16.50/hr
    → Enjoy a $0.50 raise upon completion of our paid training!

📝 Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide companionship and emotional support

  • Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting)

  • Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe space

  • Help with meal prep and feeding

  • Offer medication reminders

  • Provide transportation to appointments/outings

  • Follow the care plan and support dementia care best practices

✅ Requirements:

  • Valid PCA or CNA certification

  • Driver’s license & reliable transportation

  • Ability to lift 25 lbs

  • Strong communication skills

  • Compassionate, reliable, and patient demeanor

  • Must be reachable by phone or email
